chevron_rightWhen is Trash Picked up?
Trash is picked up on Tuesdays and Fridays. The Trash provider is Waste Industries. Customer Service Phone number is 757-487-2220.
Trash must be placed curbside after dusk the evening before, but before 8:00am on pickup day. We ask that you use strong opaque or dark weighted and secured plastic bags so wind nor animals can scatter trash. White trash bags are unacceptable as they attract birds and animals that break the bags open and spread trash around the community. Your cooperation in adhering to this standard is appreciated by all.

chevron_rightAm I allowed to have a Gas or Charcoal Grill?
Yes. Residents may have and use a charcoal or liquid propane (LP) gas grill. However, significant restrictions, particularly concerning the gas grills must be adhered to. The Fire Prevention Code of Virginia prohibits the STORAGE and USE of all but very small liquid propane (LP) gas tanks within a condominium. It also prohibits the use of any open flame device such as Gas or Charcoal grills within 10 feet of any combustible structure.
To ensure 100% compliance with State Dire code and to protect everyone's homes, Tradition rules and regulations prohibit the STORAGE and USE of any liquid propane gas cylinders/tanks with an LP capacity larger than 16.4 ounces (camp stove/light size.) Additionally, when grills are used they must be at least 10 feet from the building and not on balconies, porches, patios, or inside garages.
NOTE: A maximum of two (2) 1 lb gas cylinders may be stored inside units/garages.
